This Privacy Policy describes how Isaiah 41 LLC, doing business as Anchor Co Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit our websites, purchase our products, or interact with any of our divisions: Anchor Co (faith content at anchorco.io), Anchor Co AI (chatbot platform at anchorcoai.com), and Anchor Co Construction (services in Pacific, Missouri).

Information we collect

The categories of information we may collect include:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you create an account, subscribe to a newsletter, request a quote, submit a prayer request, or make a purchase.
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers.
• Account & usage data — for Anchor Co AI customers, this includes the content you upload to train your chatbot, conversation logs, and usage metrics. For Anchor Co Faith customers, this includes your subscription status, content access logs, and prayer-wall submissions.
• Project information— for Anchor Co Construction inquiries, the address, scope, and details of the work you’re asking about.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically to operate and secure our sites.

How we use your information

• To deliver the products, services, and content you purchase or request.
• To send transactional messages (receipts, password resets, service updates) and the newsletters or devotionals you opt into.
• To respond to inquiries, quote requests, and prayer requests submitted to any division.
• To operate, secure, and improve our websites, applications, and the AI chatbots we host on customers’ behalf.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and applicable consumer-protection law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we use to operate the business, and only as needed to provide our services to you:

• Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, customer portal.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for Anchor Co AI customer data.
• Google Workspace and Namecheap — email infrastructure for our team accounts.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Anchor Co Group, our customers, or others.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed into your account, remember preferences, and measure aggregate site usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of our sites may not work as expected if you do.

Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete it on a reasonable schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@anchorcogroup.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every message. Transactional emails (receipts, account notices) will continue while your account is active.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our sites.
