We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on faith-content subscriptions and digital downloads (devotionals, prayer guides, audio products). If the product isn’t a fit for you for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.
For monthly or annual subscriptions, you can cancel at any time from your customer portal. After 30 days, we don’t prorate partial months — you’ll keep access through the end of the current billing period and won’t be charged again.
