These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, products, and services of Isaiah 41 LLC, doing business as Anchor Co Group (“we,” “us,” or “Anchor Co”). They apply to every division of the company, including Anchor Co (anchorco.io), Anchor Co AI (anchorcoai.com), and Anchor Co Construction. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or create a paid account. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@anchorcogroup.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Paid memberships and subscriptions (including Anchor and Anchor+ for Anchor Co Faith, and the Starter, Growth, Pro, and Agency tiers for Anchor Co AI) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and you keep access until then.
All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with at least 30 days’ notice for active subscribers.
Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. In short: 30-day money-back on digital memberships and one-time digital products if you’re not satisfied; refunds on construction services are available before work begins, and handled case-by-case once work has started.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., training data for an Anchor Co AI chatbot, prayer-wall submissions). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate the services for you.
For chatbots, you’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide and the responses your chatbot generates to your users. Anchor Co AI is a tool, not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
Our websites, applications, and content (including prayer videos, devotionals, journals, courses, software, designs, and trademarks) are owned by Isaiah 41 LLC or licensed to it. You may use what you’ve purchased for personal, non-commercial use unless we grant you a separate license in writing. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell our content without permission.
For Anchor Co Construction work, the specific scope, price, and timing of any project are governed by the written quote or invoice for that project, which controls over these Terms in case of conflict. We carry general liability insurance and operate as a Missouri-licensed business under Isaiah 41 LLC.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the content we deliver will meet every customer’s subjective expectation of quality. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isaiah 41 LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
You can stop using our services at any time and cancel any paid plan from your account or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees owed, or use the services in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Missouri, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on our sites.
